To apply for the financial grant, please complete the following forms.

The following documents must be included along with both forms.
- CRA Notice of Assessment (NOA) of the Applicant – Chasson or Kallah (not the tax return)

A completed residential lease for the new couple once they have leased an apartment.
The lease can be sent later.
All submissions are confidential. If you have any questions, or if there is information that
you cannot impart due to underlying circumstances, please contact Mrs. Frumie Dancona

Please assist us by completing the application as soon as possible. Applications will only be
considered and reviewed once ALL forms and the NOA are filled in and submitted at least 1
month before the wedding date. Please allow 30 days for processing once all the forms
have been submitted.
SimchaShare is pleased to offer additional assistance for approved applicants:
- Simchas Bais Gittel Loan Gemach – A loan of $7,000 is available for immediate wedding related expenses during the application approval process.
- Yad Chana Malka L’Kallah - A Kallah housewares package including dishes, towels, pots and more is available in Lakewood. (A $500 USD processing fee is required.)
- Zichron Mattel. A complete Chosson wardrobe package available in Lakewood. A $500 USD processing fee and additional application is required.
